Broiled Avocado
- Preheat your broiler dude. High is good for now.
- Slice avocado in half, get rid of that seed (slingshot, garbage, or plant it maybe you’ll get a tree by Easter [that would be awesome!])
- Score the motherfucker (that means make little cuts in it vertically and horizontally)
- Put the 2 halves on a oven proof sheet, cuz yeah let’s not be stupid.
- Sprinkle a little salt and pepper
- Spread some dijon mustard on there. Then sprinkle breadcrumbs
- Top with mozzarella cheese (What is life without cheese? Honestly.)
- Slide under the broiler, turn the heat to Low cuz you don’t want stuff to burn now.
- It’s done when the cheese is gooey, bubbly and kinda golden.
- Enjoy the ever-loving fuck outta this.
