Broiled Avocado

  1. Preheat your broiler dude. High is good for now.
  2. Slice avocado in half, get rid of that seed (slingshot, garbage, or plant it maybe you’ll get a tree by Easter [that would be awesome!])
  3. Score the motherfucker (that means make little cuts in it vertically and horizontally)
  4. Put the 2 halves on a oven proof sheet, cuz yeah let’s not be stupid.
  5. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper
  6. Spread some dijon mustard on there. Then sprinkle breadcrumbs
  7. Top with mozzarella cheese (What is life without cheese? Honestly.)
  8. Slide under the broiler, turn the heat to Low cuz you don’t want stuff to burn now.
  9. It’s done when the cheese is gooey, bubbly and kinda golden.
  10. Enjoy the ever-loving fuck outta this.
